Really? I thought it was wine.It less fried food. Eat more baked food and steams veggies. Beer also helps lower it.

oh, ok...learn something new everyday.Yeah one or two beers after eating greasy food is suppose to help.
I once had a cholesterol level of 240 and got it down to 200 in a 3- month period! It has leveled between 200 and 205 for the last two years.
These are the only changes I made:
Bowl of oatmeal for breakfast 5 days a week
I never fry foods or cook red meat. I bake. I only eat fish, chicken and cook ground turkey in place of ground beef.
I only eat pork and red meats when I'm at a restaraunt, and that's few and far between.
Those were the only changes I made. Now I have started exercising 5 days a week, so I'm sure my level is much better now. :tup:
300 wow...my ldl is 133 and that's high for me, I take lipitor to bring that below 100. My HDL is 80
