Alcorn should win all remaining games.... I don't wanna depend on another school "helping" us into the spot.
Now what is the deal with Southern and Grambling? Grambling needs to lose another game, plus the Bayou Classic (with Southern winning all remaining games) before Southern can be considered? Or does it really matter at this point?

Incorrect. If Southern wins out, they win the West because it would make both us and Grambling 8-1. We would win the head-to-head matchup.

For Jackson St. to go - they must win out and Alcorn have to lose the rest of their games
For Alabama St. to go - they must win out, Alabama A&M has to lose 1 game, and Alcorn have to lose the rest of their games.
For Alabama A&M to go - If they beat Jackson St., they only can lose 1 SWAC game and it can't be to Alcorn. And Alcorn must lose 2 of their next 3 games. If they lose to Jackson St., they must win out and Alcorn must lose the rest of their games.
For Alcorn to go - No loss is an automatically win , 1 loss they automatically win, 2 losses with a win over AAMU they automatically in, 2 losses with a loss to AAMU means that AAMU will have to lose 1 of their next 4 games, 3 losses means that Alcorn needs Jackson St and Alabama St. to lose 1 game, and AAMU would have to lose 2 games.
