I always look at my sig when a lot of our own alums will attack us quicker than a Non-HBCU alum. I've watched a lot of these games play in front of crowds that look like a junior high crowd.

The MAC, Sun Belt, etc. wish they could play in front of crowds like ours (Thanks to Kenn for posting the pics from last's night game for proving that).

I think the SWAC has done a great job this year. Changing the Venues was a good decision to break the monotony and breathe new life in the Championship Games. It sure didn't hurt with the teams that are/were participating in the finals. Also.........GREAT Championship venues this year.

I said on Facebook that, for as much grief that everyone gives the SWAC HQ (and rightfully so), they are 2 for 2 in title games this year with the best possible matchups that they could wish for in a new city... and today no ice storm in Houston

Even though the move facilitated family and I missing the tournament, I have to agree with your summation JROCK.

Watching the ACC Tourney on ESPN and they are talking about how they are gonna end up moving/rotating it to Brooklyn in 2017 (and how Greensboro is upset about that after having it for 25 of the 67 years). SN: They had to broker an agreement with the A-10 to play them there since they had the Barclays Center for their tourney.

Yep, I tried to post an article about that yesterday but for some reason, my copy and paste was not working. We are going to be in Greensboro next year, DC in 2016 and NYC in 2017. I think it will rotate around since the confernece covers almost the entire EASTERN seaboard. I think Charlotte is a good place for the football championship but bball would probably be best to move around at least every 2-3 years.
