no excuses....Miami stepped up and LeBron made the plays down the stretch. Props to Miami. Im drinking crown black, still laughing and sh*t.

So come on take ya best shots...ya'll got ya wish... Miami won....so make room on the fishing boat.

I hope Danny Ainge learned his lesson. You need young muscle in the middle. He's normally a pretty smart dude, but trading away Perkins was dumb. Miami did their thang when it counted. Congrats to them.

Trading away Perkins did not cost the C's in this series, especially after Rondo hurt is elbow. Perkins was a decent defensive player (even though Memphis has had an advantage against the Thunder bigs through five games).

KG was inconsistent against the Heat. Ray Allen was off and on, and Pierce struggled at times as well.

If you look at the fourth quarter of Game 5 most of the Heat's baskets were attacking the rim. The C's were settling for jumpers. How does Perkins solve that?

I mean, the C's were already playing 4 on 5 with an injured Rondo out there. If Perkins had been around, then it would have been 3 on 5. You can't beat a team like the Heat with that formula when your star players are not having consistent performances.

When the Celtics had Perkins, they were 3-0 against Miami. Without him, they ended up 1-5. You do the math.

Dude, this proves nobody really gives a damn about whether the Celtics win or lose. By you laughing, this tells me even YOU don't really give a damn either.

Now, most Laker fans would be highly pissed because we EXPECT to win and when we don't?!!!:angry:

Kevin Garnett
Scored 6 points in Game 1.
He scored 16 in Game 2 (two in the fourth quarter)
He scored 7 in Game 4 after having a 28-point Game 3
He scored 15 in Game 5. Just two in the second half. (He didn't score a basket in second or third quarter)

Paul Pierce
Was ejected in Game 1
He scored 13 points in Game 2.
He scored 27in Game 4 (6 in the fourth quarter/OT) and 12 points in Game 5 (scored 7 in the second half)

Ray Allen
Scored 5 points in the second half of Game 5. None in the 4th quarter.
He scored three points in the fourth quarter and OT of Game 4.
He scored 7 points in Game 2.

Rajon Rondo
In Game 5 just had three assists. In Game 4 he had 5 assists and Game 1 he had 7 assists.

Kendrick Perkins not being on the Boston roster is not the reason they lost to the Heat. Boston lost to Miami because their star players were not consistent throughout the series.

Garnett and Allen can't combine for two points between them in the second half of an elimination game.
Rajon Rondo can't be a hindrance on offense. If he can't score or facilitate, he's useless out there. That's what he was the last two games.

In the important moments with the game on the line LeBron James and D-Wade took over, while the Boston Big Three faded into the night.

LeBron and Wade combined for 67 points in Game 5 (14 in the fourth quarter)
The Heatles scored 83 points in Game 4 with Boston playing desperate basketball.

That was the difference. Miami's stars showed up and punched the clock when it mattered.

I agree with Kendrick. I dont think Perkins would have done too much to help them, but give them 6 more fouls to give down low.

Team chemistry is a muthafugga'. :smh: U shole right though.

Team Chemistry i agree with. Perkins never gave them a big offensive threat. He took the pressure off KG as a big man in the middle. Rondo playing with 1 arm and lack of defense on the other side. THen the Heat was just on fire in the last minutes of the game. When Wade and Lebron are on , they are damn near unstoppable. Krissy Bosh is just a ***** in a uniform

Perkins was out hurt all three of them games if memory serves me correct.

Ronda not being 100% hurt them more than anything...the decision to get Shaq was obviously a huge waste.. I'm a Shaq fan and can admit that.

Why you mad? Like TRP said, neither one of us are gaining a thing by getting upset. It is what it is, which is why I said before, ya'll fLaker fans are sensitive. HIGHLY sensitive.

Now do me a favor and keep it quiet, whilst I continue to fish.

Just pointing out the obvious since you idolize and worship another man, LOL!! With the way you react when someone says something about Kobe, it's like someone is talking about your woman, LOL!! Speaking of gay, have another look at that photo shoot Kobe did, LOL!!

Dude, this is total nonsense. The Heat were attacking the rim because nobody was in the middle to stop them. That's where Perkins came in, to play defense in the middle and get rebounds.

Thank you!!
