CB Beats 16 G5's in attendance and 1 P5

We should give up the Celebration Bowl, obtain an automatic bid for the FCS playoff, increase our welfare checks (Subsidized Funds), and win a FCS National Championship. If jokers in the hood can afford to buy Cadillacs with welfare and drug monies, I'm sure we can win a FCS title by the same means. Isn't that how they think on that other message board??? And we wonder why so many of us would rather stay on welfare instead of finding a job to support ourselves.

Those guys (most of them) are stupid....lol

What do you mean when "we pickup some MAJOR sponsors"? Let's not make this anymore complicated than it is. ESPN OWNS the event. The MEAC and SWAC already know what they are getting money wise for the next 5 years. All the MEAC and SWAC have to so is just sell tickets and show up. Any new deals that are made during the time the contract is in play, (I'm guessing) that money goes to ESPN.

You mean we dont have to hold fish frys, beg and plead and do financial backflips to keep the CB alive?

Surely you jest!

Legislators in east coast states are allowing MEAC schools to charge students astronomical fees and take as much money from academic programs/FREE MONEY so that they can compete for a FCS National Title. You SWAC folks better follow the MEAC's lead when it comes to FREE MONEY for athletic programs. All that FREE MONEY and y'all want some CB so y'all can reduce y'all welfare checks (subsidized funds)/FREE MONEY. Do y'all know how many Cadillacs a person can purchase with all that FREE MONEY? The man give y'all a chance to bank roll on some FREE MONEY and turn it down. And all the man wants is for y'all to help him fund a FCS National Championship that is rigged for his schools to win. Man y'all must be crazy.

That is because the MEAC Schools charge as much as $1,000 to their students to fund their athletic budget.

Also, they use a large percentage of School Funds to fund their athletic programs, which is why school's in the MEAC average over 75% in subsidies. Like I previously stated, I guess they see subsidies as FREE MONEY. There's a reason why USAToday and the Huffington Post are keeping track of these numbers.

Basic dollars and cents (SENSE).

In comparison, the accumulative ticket revenues for the SWAC's 10 public schools versus the accumulative ticket revenues for the MEAC's 10 public schools from 2005 to 2014.

SWAC: $66,471,315
MEAC: $45,494,691
Difference: $20,976,624

I'm sure any conference would love to see its schools with an extra $21 million to help them get off of welfare/subsidized funds.

In addition, FAMU made up of 37.63% ($17,120,467) of the MEAC's public schools total accumulative ticket sale revenues ($45,494,691) from 2005 to 2014. The MEAC would take a serious hit in ticket sales if FAMU decided to leave the conference.

There's nothing like watching people (MEAC Fans) fighting to stay on welfare/subsidized funds and they are supposed to be the academic elite HBCUs. It seems like someone is getting some serious smoke blown up their butts.
