CB Beats 16 G5's in attendance and 1 P5

Not disputing that. I'm just saying that even with all of those requirements they still do not show the halftime performances.

And I never expect any of the Disney owned entities (ESPN and ABC) to show them until we get sponsors to pay for that time like soccer gets shown commercial free (but we know soccer is bigger globally).

What the band does is not too different from what radio stations have to do in submitting songs that they have played to ensure that artists get their royalties. Same when they play songs on the PA at NFL and college stadiums during games on TV.

A buddy of mine who went to the game said the reason the crowd might have looked thin for much of the first half on TV was that so many people were milling around the concourse inside the Georgia Dome. I don't know if that's true or not, but it's an interesting explanation.

Probably just waiting on the halftime show

That is true. I was one of those folks. Lol

We're still #2 out of 11 Bowl Games Played

SAN DIEGO COUNTY CREDIT UNION POINSETTIA BOWL
Attendance: 21,501

GODADDY BOWL
Attendance: 28,656

Not really. Folks like me who went just to support the game. Black people by nature are social folks unlike white American's.

there aint no reason not to admit the truth LOL. If yall jokers were on the concourse after 12:30, you either overslept or don't care about the actual football game. Just like all the folks who don't stroll into Legion Field for the MCC until 5 mins left in the 1st half.

I didn't really care who won. Lol Most of the folks out there were at the bars or just kicking it. Lol All the A&M folks I saw we just were there chilling. Lol

Oh I'm not sure. You would have to verify it. It's just that I thought I recall the date being 2017

The winning design, submitted by HOK,[35] featured an eight-panel retractable roof that resembles a pinwheel, and a glass wall that opens with the roof, to allow in fresh air.[36]

The roof design included eight triangular translucent panels, that when open would create the illusion of a birds wings extended. Surrounding the opening of the roof would be a halo video board that will enclose the playing surface, stretching from one of the 10 yard lines to the other and then curving around the end zones to complete the oval.[37]

In January 2015, the Falcons announced the hiring of Daktronics, a South Dakota-based firm, to build the stadium's electronics display. The announced features include a circular 58-foot-by-1,100-foot circular LED board that would ring the opening of the stadium's roof, and would be "three times as large as the current largest single display board in the NFL" installed at EverBank Field in Jacksonville (also built by Daktronics). In addition, the company plans to install more than 20,000 square feet of other LED boards, including field-level advertising boards for soccer games.[38]

The venue will include a 100-yard bar that will stretch the length of the football field in the upper concourse, along with a fantasy football lounge and premium club seating at field level, behind the teams benches.[39]

The mechanical curtains close off the upper bowl from the rest of the stadium for lower-capacity Atlanta United FC matches.
Architect Bill Johnson said the circular opening in the roof was inspired by the Roman Pantheon ("Pantheon" was also the working name for the building design). The roof was designed to be made of a clear, lightweight polymer material that can adjust its opacity to control light, and much of the exterior will be clear polymer or glass to allow views to the outside. The middle concourse and upper bowl were eliminated in the east end zone to allow for an unobstructed view of the Atlanta skyline.[36]

Atlanta United FC General Manager Jim Smith said the design had "soccer in mind from the very beginning", pointing to the retracting lower bowl seats to widen the field, and mechanized curtains that limit the capacity to about 29,000 and makes the stadium feel more intimate.[40]

I know you lying CEE DOG! Those "haters on these other boards" swear that none of their people going for this Roots Bowl!

the irony of an Alcornite being behind that film lol

@truthteller Alcorn did a wonderful job, pregame and during the game. Proud of the Braves fans; added much needed spirit and flavor to the game.

They stop showing the full bayou classic halftime because there we're complains of the bands grinding the ground, and humping the air. Thats why they stop showing the breakdown part of the performances

Hanging in as the #2 bowl out of 13 that has been played.

Popeyes Bahamas Bowl
Attendance: 13123

Hawaii Bowl
Attendance: 22793

The ratings are great! When the money is being made for the MEAC/SWAC, then you will see the other FCS Schools come with bowl games!

This is great. I'm just waiting till we pickup some MAJOR sponsors.

And that's when the real money comes in.

What do you mean when "we pickup some MAJOR sponsors"? Let's not make this anymore complicated than it is. ESPN OWNS the event. The MEAC and SWAC already know what they are getting money wise for the next 5 years. All the MEAC and SWAC have to so is just sell tickets and show up. Any new deals that are made during the time the contract is in play, (I'm guessing) that money goes to ESPN.
