Why do 90% of eligible black Americans vote Democrat and call themselves liberal?

A few weeks back, I lambasted prominent black conservatives for even thinking of voting for Barack Obama, a man who embodies only one part of the two-word description “black conservative.â€￾

Several black conservatives were quoted in the article to which I was responding. However, the most revealing quote came from former U.S. Representative J.C. Watts (R-OK):

J.C. Watts, a former Oklahoma congressman who once was part of the GOP House leadership, said he’s thinking of voting for Obama. Watts said he’s still a Republican, but he criticizes his party for neglecting the black community. At the top, President Lyndon Baines Johnson — a Democrat whose pre-Kennedy legislative career had been that of a typical Dixiecrat — put forth a set of programs and policies infamously known as the Great Society, actually giving a part of the public funding to those who qualified to receive it. The bottom line? Many of the programs amounted to life subsidy — “reward†for indolence, whoredom, and irresponsibility. At the bottom, liberals, leftists, and Democrats inserted themselves wholesale into the educational processes of the black poor. That education put forth a portrait of America as a full-scale villain, which made her history unneeded — except the parts necessary to understand the crimes perpetrated on her perennial victims. With that in mind, why would liberals, leftists, and Democrats teach their captive audience about the historical role that their political opponents played in setting and keeping them free? Now I see why Reagan cut funding for the mentally ill like yourself. Republicans saw a large boost in their membership when mentally ill people were let out of nut farms. The best way to describe you is "scattered brains", because you go from one topic to another. Not one time you have proven to me that you can stick to one issue, which is enough evident that you are truly crazy.

Obama's presidency really seems to bring out those true colors in some of us in this nation!

How often had you heard this kind of racial rhetoric in the recent history of the presidency?

I actually agree with Carter on this one. The truth of the matter is this; A LOT of folks who were/are accustomed to power being in the hands of one race HATE the idea of that same power being in the hands of another. They HATE it to the point where it makes them sick in the mind...and the idea that there is a possibility that that kind of power in the hands of a black man can bring this country back from the brink of despair in ways that it has NEVER been done in recent history makes some of us delusional.

NONE of the anti-Obama rhetoric makes any logical sense IMO, and I find it hard to take their credibility anymore seriously than that of the ghost of a fly. It is however, quite entertaining to listen to.

Your reasoning for knowing that the Republicans are the greatest thing since sliced bread. Maybe if you keep this up, you'll come with something that says Obama was born on Mars.

What exactly are you alluding to? If it is true, what does that have to say about Obama...in your opinion? What does that say about Obama's beliefs, and morals, and spirituality, and faith? NOTHING!

A good example of this is a movie that demostrate such superiority complex at the highest level is "Finding Forrester", where a young Black man (Jamal Wallace) in high school , who also was great basketball player, wasn't seen capable of achieving high academic standards by his writing professor (Robert Crawford) at one of New York's finest academic elite preparatory schools (Marlor Academy). The professor made the young man do unnecessary things to prove his high level of intelligence even after the young man prove this by out-witting the professor at his own game. William Forrester played by Sean Connery was a Pultizer Prize writer who was the young man's mentor.

It means our president admires people who openly praise Satan and his work; that's a sickening thought. It says everything about Obama's values if our president follows/admire a man who openly acknowledges and praises Satan for misleading God's children. Did you not know that Satan is a radical who rebelled against God by misleading God's children? I don't know about you, but aint no way in he// I'm supporting anybody who praises Satan.


I forgot to add that "CHANGE" is what Satan preached to billions of mislead souls. Satan didn't like the fact that God would always be on top for an eternity.

So basically, you are saying that change in this country is unecessary? Are you saying that the transfer of power (that has really been held by one race since this country's inception) to end up being shared by everybody is nothing but the mere work of the devil?

Change is good if the change will benefit everyone in a positive way. If people want to change because they don't like the fact that God blesses those who refuse to depend on the government, then that change is bad. The government doesn't create nor do they inspire people to become millionaires. The people who inspire us are those who have it such as Jay Z, Oprah, P Diddy, Rush, D. Trumph, David Banner, Denzel, Will Smith, and countless others who reached their status "WITHOUT" the help of the government.

The simplistic point republicans argue is that you oppress people mentally when you do it for them rather having them figure it out themselves. For example, I would rather teach you how to fish for you and your family instead of me giving you the hard earned catch I made for my family. It's none of the governments business to make me give a third of my catch to the man or woman who is physically/mentally able to provide for themselves. I would rather be moved by God to do a good deed instead of the government stealing my fish in the form of taxation.

The point I was making about Obama and who he openly stated is his mentor is a fact.....it's also a fact that S. Alinsky gives praise to Satan in his book and encourages others to acknowledge the good Satan did by rebelling against God, and urged others to take note and follow. Would you want your child listening, or following an idiot that encourages people to do as Satan did by misleading, and destroying that in which God established?

My wife acted like she didn't see what the big deal was until I broke it down........... For example, I asked my wife what would she do if I openly stated we should acknowledge Satan and do to others as Satan did to God. Her reply to me was "me and my kids will get as far away from yo crazy azz as we possibly can".......needless to say she got it.:lol: The point I was making to her is that some people are blinded by race and others are blinded by family members, however that shouldn't hinder people from using common sense especially when a man openly says we should acknowledge and take notes from Satan.

I should also note that Satan uses many traps just like he used Peter to trap Christ, however Christ recognized that Satan used Peter's love to prevent Christ from offering salvation to all mankind. If Satan can use the love of Peter against Christ, what makes you or I think he wouldn't use a man's flesh or race to complete a task? My point is everyone should be evaluated regardless of race, family, and etc.

How many of our politians and gov't reps ARE millionares? I'm not aware of too many that are. So how can they really inspire people to be millionares? If anything, these politicians should inspire and teach us how to NOT behave and run this country into the ground...and this applies to Republicans and Democrats.

Nothing against evaluation...but be fair in your evaluation. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. NO president has received as much scrutiny in such a short period of time like Obama? President Bush did nothing for this country but lead us into a pointless war, and run the country into a recession. At least Obama is trying to make things happen for the country first and foremost. Can we say the same about Bush?

I would say half are millionaires. They can inspire Americans by lowering taxes, allow Americans to drill for oil in Alaska and other non-hazardous grounds/waters, and build nuclear power plants across the country.

The point I'm making is that any sane person would not seek counsel from a man who worships and praise Satan. All Christians should know not to listen to a man who praises the Devil. I'm sure his faith is well founded too, however it's not in Christianity if he seeks advice from men who praise Satan. What did Christ say? You can't have two masters. You will either serve Christ, or you will serve Satan

It has been a while since I have been to this thread, and I still agree with former President Carter. Nothing has changed my mind. The actions of the tea baggers, birthers, people who brought guns to the town hall meeting and places where the president spoke, and others say a lot to me.
