Cardinals and Bears

Yeah yeah yeah Beans. Dennis knew better then that anyway. Like I said, The only person who is gonna be crowned is his azz.

Dude, it's unfair to put ALL the blame on Dennis. The first person that needs to be let go is the SP Teams Coach. Then you all need to let go the kicker, then go down the OL, then....well you get the picture.

No Dennis, and then Neil Rackers.

Ummmm No - Denny Green. Dude had just missed a crucial kick in the same situation last week. And once again, when you shut down and start going conservative, it tends to come back on ya azz. Go for the jugular and go for the endzone. Hell, they had 2 TO's, they could have thrown the ball short and taken what the Bears would have given them in the middle of the field - and still called their time outs. Even if they didnt call their own time outs - the Bears were going to call their time outs. But the bottom line is when these teams go ultra conservative, it tends to work against them.

Dude, they could have thrown for the endzone, but they could have thrown an interception also. And then those 2 T.O.s would not have done them any good. I concur that he should have taken the FG and went to halftime with a 20 - 0 lead. That was the best decision to do. His special team broke down. 2 missed FGs and a punt return that went for a TD.

Dennis Green's hot seat just got hotter with that lost last night. He's the head coach, and the GM, so the blame falls squarely on his shoulders, because he assembled that no blocking offensive line, that sorry excuse for special teams, and that ultra conservative play calling down the stretch.

Why make Edgerrin James even richer, and draft a franchise quarterback if you're not going to provide blocking for them? Again that falls on Denny, because he's also the GM. 57 Yards on 36 carries from a franchise back?????? That's past sorry, and somebody's head needs to roll.

His team blew a 20 point lead at home, and the sad thing is the lead should've been bigger than that. Rex Grossman all but gift wrapped that game for them in the first half. Being a Saint fan, I've seen that game too many times before, where the Saints are kicking a team to sleep, and the coach gets ultra conservative, playing not to lose, instead of playing to win, and ultimately losing the game.

Bottom line, the Cards blew a 20 point lead at home, in which the Bears turned the ball over 6 times, and didn't score an offensive touchdown. How do you lose that game? The head coach has to shoulder the blame.

Unless the Cards have a drastice turnaround (which I doubt), I don't think Denny will be back next year with another 5-11 record. They play in the second easiest division in football (NFC Central is the easiest), and can't even break .500, and I don't see them doing it this year. At 1-5, I just don't see them going 7-3 down the stretch, especially after that embarrassment last night.

NICE

Honestly, I truly believe that the Cards would have lost even if they did play to win. They would have been outmatched just in other ways.

Urlacher took over in the 2nd half...

Way to TAKE that win. 2 defensive tds baby.

I love that Bears Defense...holding Edge to 55yds on 36 attempts was the key to coming back.

With a lead like that if your offense has any type of run game they will run the clock out...instead they had to KEEP punting the ball away.

Da Bears....DAaaaa Bears:lmao:

People forget that we won 8 straight games like this last year...all defense...this is nothing new in Chicago. That Defense just reverted back to the 05 form and decided to win the game inspite of the offense, just like last year.

I just wan to know where did all these Cardinal fans come from. Ain't nobody in here from Pheonix (sp). If you weren't a fan of neither team and watched objectively, you shouldn't have been disappointed. Yaw gots to give it up to that defense and special teams. Yeah of course I was rooting for the Bears. I was depressed like a as early as the second quarter. But it was obvious as a fan that the Cardinals as a team wasn't used to being in that position. They were celebrating way too early. And when they got that taunting call on that kick-off, they left the door wide open. The real team won. Did they deserve it, no. But you gotta give it up to that defense, they put it on them. If the Caridnals were better disciplined, they would be over .500 this season. I will give it to them though, they defense was bringing the wood too. Like I said before.

URLACHER IS THE MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

19 tackles, 18 unassisted. What more can you ask for.

ARIZONA CARDINALS-- Fired Keith Rowen, offensive coordinator. Named
quarterbacks coach Mike Kruczek offensive coordinator

I bet not even bothering trying to score a TD at the end of the 1st half had a lot to do with it. The Cards should have gone for the jugular then. I tried to warn JagBR about that.
