When rebuilding starts on the Gulf Coast, that place is going to rival South Florida with the number of developers planning high rise condos down there.

That's going to be a beachfront building frenzy from Waveland back to the Bamma state line.

Great great take here 83 so true, so freaking true,,,,, and let me tell you,,, if i was a N.O.er,,,,, i'm telling you,, i would hold on to my property like a pitbull. there are speculators and investors flocking to that region like vultures to road kill in June. i would hold property in N.O. even them areas where they say won't be rebuilt (yeah right. you telling me we got Amsterdam,, but N.O. can't be rebuilt/fortified to withstand the gulf huh? ooooh ok. *****z don't need to sell dey land in N.O. AND PAY YO FVCKING TAXES IF YOU OWN THE LAND YOU IDIOTS OR ELSE SOMEBODY WILL TAKE DAT **** AT AUCTION MORONS!!!) until there's a barrier reef on it dam it,, and would hold out for the best price then.

This is how hot renovations to Farrish St., and the designation of the downtown "Entertainment District" has made the market for downtown apartment's in Jackson.

They can't build fast enough.
These building are full, (retail and housing), before they are completed. :smash:

Lord I wish I had some REAL money...............any money to invest. :p
