Bush response to Putin / Russia

I don’t understand why the Bush administration is so concerned about Russia. Russian President Vladmir Putin is doing the same thing that Bush did after 9/11.

I was sitting here wondering how the U.S. was going to react to this and if they spoke out against it how they were going to justify our actions post 9/11. We set the precedent so what can we tell others now.
