So you don't see the character flaw in him looking for another job and not telling BCU about it and leading them on to believe that he was only talking with Southern?

I've heard a rumor that some folks working in SU administration had issues with Spady because of past dealings...not necessarily with Spady but due to his past connections at GSU. Of course rumors come and go...could be some elements of truth could be all just "us" talk. Personally, I'm glad he didn't come on board for SU. Spady has (imo) a lot of upside as a Head Coach.

Somebody in SUs administration is going to make sure things remain the same at SU. They always do.
 
I'm glad SU hired Odoms. I see him as a notch below Mitchell. I look forward to the beginning of a new winning streak in the classic 2013

LOL. Yall got way more issues than SU as far as football is concerned. You are stuck with Doug until 2014 at 225K. I don't think Big Worm has to worry about GSU in the interim.
 
It is all about who he hires under him....bottom line....we will be ok as far as in conference, but as far as outside the conference which is where put most of my concerns we need a super staff...

Dude, we are not only going to be okay. We will beat Comegy's fat arse again with Big Worm. You just need to worry about your under achieving coaching staff at JSU instead of laughing at SU. I thought yall would have had the good sense and let ole Fat Rick go after that debacle in the SCG. What are yall now. 1-3 in the SCG.

Think so huh. . . You hired a coach from Stump's staff who went sub 500 in the interim. We might win at least ONE swac game next year. :LOL:

Dude, didn't Odums already win some SWAC games. LOL. Odums wasn't an original Stump hire. LOL. Besides he found a way to beat Doug even after spotting him 14 points. LOL. If I was Gram right now. I would not be talking about winning any SWAC games just yet.

First of all. Odums was just added to the staff in the last year and half. He wasn't Stump's original DC. He has no prior dealings with Stump and his style is not the same. Where Stump would not give up the play calling because he thought he could call plays. Odums doesn't have any issue with that. That's why our offense started scoring more points afterwards.

So I am not worried about Odums being like Stump. He will not refer to the NFL all the time and he will not predict any 12-0. Stump was a good guy but more of an administrator. Had he turned over the play calling he might have survived this year. Odums is his own man and will have his own staff.

As for the Georgetown reference. I don't know where you got that from. I am from North Jackson. Don't know where you got that all that Georgetown stuff.

Oh, ok.:tup: As far as Odumb's concerned, he doesn't even look like a head coach. Does he know anything about an offense?
I remember you once upon a time singing the praises of ole Stump, now you done turned on him. It's only a matter of time before you turn on ole Odumbs too.:emlaugh:
