I'm still trying to figure out this "I helped build his wealth" isht these women are talking about now. What, did they give him some money to start out the company? Did they go in and negotiate deals with companies he was trying to make deals with? Or, did she just stay at home and hang his clothes up, buy furniture for the house he paid to build, and cook the food that he put in the house?
What is "helping to build his wealth" if you didn't have any direct involvement in the company? I didn't know that doing domestic stuff around the house was "helping build wealth."

I'd be willing to guess that he offered her some kind of laughable settlement, thinking she'd be simple enough to take the money and run ...

Why should a woman sit by and allow the man she was married to for umpteen thousand years reap ALL the benefits from the maritial property? AFter all, what's mine is yours and what's yours is mine during the marriage, so why no split it straight down the middle (extra for children) and part amicably?

Contrary to popular belief, taking care of a home and running after kids all day ain't a picnic. It's a JOB--one that doesn't stop at 5. Seems to speed up.

So, yes, I'm glad Mrs. Johnson got whatever she is entitled to. And i hope Bob Johnson was a big enough man to give it to her willingly.

Maybe if more folks quit keeping count of everything they bring into a marriage, they might last just a little longer.

Because her arse is no longer married that is why she, or any other womandoesn't deserve isht. Look if you want all the benefits of being married, then dammit you have to stay married. You can't quit your job, and then get mad because they don't want to to keep sending you a check. Look, when a divorce happens, and the marriage ends, then all of my support of that woman should end too. I don't give a dayum what type of lifestyle she is used to living. Because if she wanted to keep that same lifestyle, then her arse needs to sit down and STFU! But for the sake of having compassion, I will even concede that if infidelity, or physical abuse are involved, that the woman deserves something. Enough money to get started and get on her feet. But she dayum sure doesn't deserve half! I get so sick of women always playing the dayum victim!

You ever notice that you don't see all these neck and eye rollers when some rich woman leaves her husband, cheering on the man getting half. You people(women) kill me! You hate and loathe double standards and are ready to fight tooth and nail to prove that you are a man's equal, until that double standard is one that benefits you!

Truth is, if YOU don't know these folks personally, you can't really say if Mrs. Johnson deserved or didn't deserve what she received from her divorce.... just as any other marriage, famous or not. We don't know!
Everybody is so quick to jump on who they think deserves what or what someone should or shouldn't leave with, and DON'T even know what people endured in their own marriage.

For all we know, she could've been the brain behind Robert Johnson's fortune and business-sense! And I wouldn't be surprised if she really was!

Don't get mad, if Johnson's wife has more money than we will EVER see or dream of! ... or any other wife who gets half of what she and probably her husband built together!

For all we know, she could have had nothing to do with the business .............................. who knows.

Bottom line ....................... The best 2 words for rich brothers is PRE-NUP. If they try to break it, treat them like Trump did his-ex'es..............................:cool:

What exactly does knowing THEM or anyone else have to do with the fact that I KNOW I don't think that any woman deserves half of the money. Or that any woman should still be afforded the lifestyle she lived while being married, after getting a divorce.....My statement rings true regardless of who it is. Be it Bob's ex, or Pojo's ex. No woman deserves Half. I feel the same way about alimony as I do welfare. They should both have limits and time frames.

But the same can be said for you people. You all are quick to say that she(and any other women) deserve the money. Why? I mean using your own logic, YOU don't know these people.....
