Black Titan Franchise Systems, LLC, has entered into an agreement to acquire the Fuddruckers brand worldwide from Luby's Inc., to include Fuddruckers restaurants in Canada, Panama, Mexico and 85 locations in the United States. The transaction to acquire the Fuddruckers brand was announced June 17, 2021, is valued at $18.5 million and is expected to close within 90 days.
