If SU loses to ASU, who wins it?

would SU still win it with their record?
Would ASU win it for beating SU?
Would BCC win it for beating ASU?
Would A&T win it for beating BCC and winning the MEAC?
 
Names should be pulled from a hat during snack break . That's how it's usually decided anyhow.

Really, right now it should be southern, no matter what. but if not southern (because you want to penalize Southern for losing it's last game), then grambling. No way should Ala State get it. BCC lost it's last game also, so if you give it to them, it's just a matter of who lost last first.

No team that can't win it's conference championship should be considered a "mythical" national champion.

No team that loses its last game should be in the mix either.

It's all in how you finish!!!!!

How can a team that's not even division champs, be considered national champions. LOL

so, it comes back to the winner of the SCG!!!!!!!!

You are right MH. SU will win the SCG and it will be a moot point anyway. No controversy. But in all reality though if SU did lose. I think GSU is the best team in the country after SU. Just my opinion.

MH, that is crazy. Look at the BCS. Those same people that determine who will play for the National Championship determines who will be the Black National Champions too.

You think so Beans? I don't think the same people that deal with the BCS are even concern with us and the difference in our system also is we aren't pretending that it's perfect or better my some damn computer and that the two finalist are always the best.

It's always subjective, at least that's a little more honest than giving the public a bunch of BcS.

I know that they dont BD, but the way they handle things it sure looks like they do. It looks like the BCS people are in cohoots with the BNC people.
 
It's SU to lose and GSU should be next if SU does not win this weekend.

No team with 4 losses (ASU) should win a national championship.

Aparently there are. I think the championship goes to a MEAC team if ASU beats SU. ASU lost to BCC, and both BCC and A&T have better records than ASU.

If not, just say to hail with it and give it to Albany State.
 



Just the facts.

We can argue back and forth about the circumstances but let's just look at it for what it is. If Southern gets beat, then who is the best team in the country?

Is it BCC? Come on now.
Is it NCA&T? I don't think anybody would agree with Bornthrilla on that one.
Is it ASU? Tell the truth Mighty hornet.

IT's DEFINATELY GRAMBLING. Ya'll know this.

So if SU should lose, either they should get it or we should. All of you know that we are the two best teams in the country. So just looking at it for face value, shouldn't one of us be the champ?

Are Southern and Grambling the 2 best teams in the country? Yes or no?

Head to head, in your own stadium, who was better? Gram or ASU?

I think too much stock is placed on when you lose. I think the season as a whole should be evaluated and that being the case....Again....SU and GRAM are clearly the 2 best teams regardless of what happens Saturday.

Mighty Hornet,
Gram will share the divisional crown with SU. Both GSU/SU having 1 swac game loss. So that makes Gram co-champs of the western division.

Leaving Dallas @ 3:00 a.m. Ridin' with Richard's (reeshard) family. SU flags on the SUV and everything.

I'm a man of my word. I will be wearing a mask however, as to protect my family from the shame.
