True. One of the counties my family grew in had population almost even between whites and blacks, but yet during segregation blacks were put into one public junior high school, while the whites had 4 different public high schools. With that information in mind that means black taxer payers was subsidizing those white high schools (which violated the separate by equal law in North Carolina at the time ironically).
Add to that they have never believed in that merit bull crap they've pushed on others for years. Many of them have habitually lied about their resumes and promoted junior, nephew and niece over those with more of experience for years also.
