Negro let me state my opinion. I would chose both Bamas over JSU anyday. Now, PVU they played alot of songs I didn't expect them to. They aren't near as good as the Bamas but they would blow at you.

Better than Tiger run-on, drill (crooked arse lines), twirler, let the strippers dance, dance routine, Gs...uh I mean JSU rocks the house, crooked line exit.
 
You can't trust this poll anyway. I see more SU posters daily than any other school. I admit JSU is not perfect but they sounded a lot better than a lot of band this year. Southern was on point, TSU was on point, and Bama State was on point with the exception of the MCC field show. But to say that southern is that much better than JSU is crazy. Southern people look at your shows on tape there are crooked lines yes and when some people got close to the band with video you can here some bad notes being played just like most bands. People will give you props but you SU band geeks take the cake.
You did your thing this year but it was not Hall of fame. Keep doing what you do and I will keep watching just like Many people will keep watching the BOOM and I mean many.

If the poll was in favor of JStank you' be singing a different tune. I saw a clip of the band formerly known as the boom floating the JSU with the J going left and the SU going right.......you Jstank band geeks take the cake because whenever ya'll are exposed ya'll get like the white chick that cried rape after Kobe hit it. I won't say the Jukebox was perfect but they were 20x's better than Jstank. So was UAPB, TxSU, and Bama St. You don't have to tell us to do what WE do, we have been doing what WE do for 40+ years while JStank does what others do (while you hire SU grads). I guess that's why ya'll are calling for Lidell's head on a stick. More people will continue to watch the Jukebox and I mean waaaaaaayyy more.

Whether I marched in a band or not is totally irrelevant and a convenient diversion tactic. Won't work here. Take that as a yes or no, whichever you choose.

Now back to the subject at hand.

dr. jackson knows where his bread's buttered.

If su's not trying to imitate the BOOM, why the following? more females....twenty four to be exact, 11 clarinet players, six piccolo players, three trumpet players, two saxophone players, one tuba player and one symbol player.

11 CLARINET PLAYERS?! SIX PICCOLO PLAYERS?! WHAT?!

su's finally left the dark ages when women were treated like third class citizens. Congrats!!
Also congrats on getting the woodwind instruments. Y'all needed them bad, you just didn't know it. Bout time.

Now y'all need to migrate out of the '60's and hire some true dark skinned sistas for your dance teams. Just a suggestion.
