The point is BandFan MISREAD the news story on Kwame in the first place..
The deal was for Kwame to come up with a new product for KFC....So BandFan, would you come up with a new product for KFC if they paid you $25,000 a week?
 



I think that bandfan has made it very clear that NO AMOUNT OF MONEY could have him cooning for KFC, under ANY circumstance!

The KFC deal, reported to be $25,000 weekly for his endorsement of new menu items, needs a bit of seasoning.

"It's not because of the $25,000. I'm not really up for a publicity stunt. I'm more focused on, `If you want to do a true endorsement deal, treat me like a businessman and let's do it,'" he said.

after that I stated. I hope that he doesnt take the endorsement.

Afther that other posters stated: "I would endorse them for $25,000" OTHER POSTERS!!!!!

then I said: would it be a J.O.B. or just being in a commerical.

Everyone else after that just starting rolling with "YOU would take Sonny, hell I'd have KFC tatooed on my AZZ for $25k a week.

The Other people red it wrong, not me. I bet half of the people on here didnt ever read the 1st page or post they just ran with the jokes on me and brought other mess into it.

This is my 1st time posting on the Small Talk Board so BandFan cut me a little slack and entertain me for a sec.

What is wrong with Chicken? I mean, why is it degrading as a black person to acknowledge that you enjoy eating chicken?

I mean, is eating chicken likened to selling drugs to kids or promoting child pornography or performing oral sex for crack?

I think it is hypocritical for one to publicaly dismiss something that they embrace in private. I love KFC. Loving Fried Chicken doesn't make me unintelligent, undeducated or unsophisticated. Loving Fried Chicken makes me someone who Loves Fried Chicken. How many millions of white folks eat at KFC a day? Does that make them Coons?

I think the premice of your argument is that Blacks are sterotyped as fried chikcen and watermelon eating Jiggaboos so by doing a Fried Chicken commercial one is promoting this stereotype.
Well I say the true slave mentallity doesn't lie in eating or promoting fried chicken but in allowing society to brainwash you into being ashamed that you do. Hell I got big lips, I'm Black. I shouldn't do chapstick commercials because I am ashamed of my big black man lips? Hell I got course hair, I shouldn't do a shampoo commercial because I should somehow be ashamed that my hair is course?

All I am saying is it's only a disgrace if your pride dictates that it is. Just as I don't feel disgraced by my dark skin or full lips because whitey says that it' bad, I am not disgraced that I eat fried chicken either.

If you got big lips, you shouldnt to a chapstick commercial. They might not have enough to go around. I got a big head....you dont see me doing shampoo commercials.
