Bama State Names Charlie Coe as New Football Coach

I think Coe is going to be a good coach. There was a feature on him and ASU's opening workouts on WSFA last night and he seemed like a stabilizing presence. The practice also looked well-organized and crisp. I recognized several plays from Johnnie Cole's offense.

beans,
Dude you're trying way, way too hard.
For starters, I never said GR was lying. At the time he made that post, I had no reason to agree with him. See, unlike some folks on TSPN, I don't play that follow the leader stuff. Heck, at the time GR made those statements, Coe had not said a thing about his intentions, so why would I (or anybody else for that matter) rightly say what direction we were headed.
It was the NEXT day, after seeing initial responses from Coe and the team that I made my statements. (go back and check the dates of the posts :smh: ) Regardless of what other folks on TSPN may or may not say, I looked at what was said, and I formed an opinion from that and then said what I felt, based on what I saw, with absolutely NO regard for what somebody else on TSPN said. You should try it sometime.

It cant be that hard for you to be objective some of the time.

damn!

I believe you, MH. There is no reason to check the dates of the posts. I was just trying to get a "good" understanding. That's all.

When he first came on board, I said he would be better off for ASU in the long run. While its still too early to tell, he seems to be off to a good start.
