It's not you, it's your competition. We told you this when the schedule comes out. You don't play SU this year so the only teams you have to beat are Alcorn, Gram and JSU. That means that anything less that 8-3 is unavoidable.
Anyone could be 3-0 with your schedule and all of the pollsters even know it.
