By nature, Parker is thoughtful and inquisitive. But when new Alabama State coach Tony Madlock called Parker shortly after replacing Williams on April 12, Parker didn't have any questions. He was already all in.

Parker, who committed to Alabama State in February, signed on Monday, becoming Madlock's first signee.
