We should be running and throwing short passes. Remember when SU used to beat everyone running slant passes picking up 5 yards! The OC job is to work with his QB. Come on dude. You're making this harder then it has to be.

The qbs did not even execute short lateral passes or screen passes. This is nothing but bad qb play. Williams leaving really hurt our chances of a great season. The Troy game and this game were winnable

Sometimes the quarterback can help out the offensive line, for example stepping up into the pocket or rolling away from the pass rush instead of running into the rush. In addition, taking what the defense allows etc. Once the game slows down for the quarterbacks we will be ok. Right now everything seems like we are in panic mode. Still got confidence that one of these guys will step up...
 
Are these quarterbacks to four and five stars that they had on the bench waiting last year?

No. The two 3*s that we signed as freshmen last year transferred. The white qb transferred to Missouri State in him home state. The one from Grayson high school in Georgia had trouble adjusting and transferred. The transfer that we signed for this year quit football due to mental problems.
