You must send this information to both!! This will ensure that the database is correct and the website is correct.

Go to the Chapter Directory

Search for your chapter

Scroll down until you find the web address for your website


If it?s incorrect, go back to the top of the page and click on ?Change Form?

This will allow you to submit changes online.

Make sure you fill out the information at the bottom of the page and submit.
