Man y'all some damn fools!!! :lmao:

That musta been during that period when the JSU football team was late arriving.

This really would have been CRUNK if not for the one bone player who was 1/2 step off at 1:19 and remained 1/4 off for the rest of the time.

Jared, it looks like you guys really enjoyed that, from Doc all the way down.

That was one of them "upperclassmen I don't feel like doing this moments caught on tape"....lmao
We did that from time to time..

What was funny was the kids from Morris Brown being amazed by that.... Folk were doing that "playing carelessly and OFFish" to piss Doc off... but as you can see.. Doc don't get pissed off...that's why he kept running the first 8 bars over and over and over... that wasn't by design.... that how Doc used to play back with us...lol

mayne them was the days
The game hadn't started yet Lmao, and it's night

Yall think the SWAC will ever get back to that point
upload the footage from 97 or 99 when SU went to JSU, and they did the Funk Train Lmao that shat was classic, I think T.J was the drum-major then
I couldn't hear myself think in Jackson Memorial that night

If you saw TJ it was 97... TJ marched from 95-98

I think I was 13 or such in the student section, snuck over there and I been sitting over there since Lmao, boy it was tight seating over there lol
Dayum I miss them days, that's when I think Pac just died and that I aint mad at cha came out Lmao

You talking about 96 then... that was my freshman year 2pac was killed... our first time playing "I ain't mad at Cha' " was for the Jstate game that year which was a home game.

yea 97, that shat was bananas Lmao
yo they had them other fools down there with the drum line wit them gold and blue wigs on acting a fool with the band Lmao

mayne that game was intense, i remember, clearly the hump having cars piled on top of one another, and coming across from the other side by the track down SWAN was impossible, we parked at Popeyes and walked to the stadium Lol, that was a long azz walk
campus was packed at 11 that day Lmao

yes indeed our home crowds used to be no joke back then... But that's when it wasn't all them darn restrictions for tailgating and all..and of course we barely use to lose.... That's why I am a bit spoiled.. all my years at SU we always put up atleast 60 on PV ..lose to only Alcorn a few times and I think once to TxSU...

Lmao @ putting up 60 against P.V.

no lie, I use to come to that P.V. game expected to hear a good amount of songs being played from you guys after the TDs SU scored doing those P.V. games Lmao,

but you're right, them home games was an event, our home games didn't start that Saturday, you got prepared that Friday night, well I did lol, yall prolly was geek'ed that whole week, mayne them were the days

Nothing like being in Scotlandville on a Thursday night at your grandmas or uncle house living in scotlandville and hearing the band practice that night
bruh lol those were the times

when tickets were 10 bucks, 20 bucks at Bowies lol,

Just going to one of SU games was epic back then, I aint trying to bragg or anything but back then there was nothing like going to or being at a SU home game, the games back then were so on, you had LSU fans at our games Lmao
I could remember seeing a host of white folks at our games when LSU was playing on the road or was off
dayum

I think the only game outside of JSU that 96 year was when it was our 1st time visiting A&M, lol
them naggas came out that game, the stadium was so packed for that game, i don't know if it was their H.C. or what, but they acted a ass that game, the fans and the band
Anybody have that 5th Quarter?? SUtrpt do u remember that game yo

Man the whole football season used to be intense...As much work as it used to be. I don't think no band member used to hate all the practices them Saturday mornings...SU had a lot of attention back then.. LSU program wasn't doing that hot during that time..

mayne these youngsters wouldn't believe how big SU was back then, LSU has the city now, but back then, it was all about SU lol,
From the parade for H.C., u knew a fight by popeyes was going to happen or that gas station by the hump lol, u knew it was going to be cold that night, and u knew that SU was going to lose to Nicholl St. for the game Lmao

You know what.. my freshman year we lost to Nicholls I believe... but we sholl should have won that game..You can tell the team was some what timid for some reason.. and still barely lost ...

Yeah.. but LSU folk stayed on our campus.. I can imagine it's a bit different these days...

What do you all call the fanfare that you play after the Coca Cola song? I like that fanfare...it sounds amazing coming from the other side of the field...LOL

That's called.. "Fanfare number 2"... we usually play that after a sac or defensive play that results in a loss on the play..

Ain't nutt'n like standing outside of Popeye's...and, looking to walk to Mumford, and thinking "ahw, that ain't isht". Then, getting to the top of the hump, looking infront of you and in back of you and saying "got dayum"....

That hump ain't no punk
