Here is an article on Carl and Kevin Poston. There were featured on ESPN's Outside the Lines this week. BTW Winslow signed with the Browns this week.

Controversial agents Carl and Kevin Poston ask for the moon and barely give an inch, a tatic that endears them to clients and makes them persona non grata in NFL front offices

The Postons rely on their strong upbringing and faith to deal with all the criticism.

Kevin Poston was the third of the four Poston boys growing up in a tough part of Saginaw, Mich. - now known as "Sagnasty " - and Carl Jr. was the oldest. Carl Sr. was a lawyer, like many of the Poston men, and his wife, Thelma, later founded a real estate agency.

"The strength and tower of my life is my father," Kevin said. "He gave me wings to fly high and swoop low to help. My mother was the wind that guided me in the right direction."

The Postons earned their undergraduate degrees from Fisk University and both went on to receive law degrees. Kevin graduated in the top five of his class at Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern in Houston. Carl earned his master's in business administration and later his law degree from Wayne State. Carl specialized in tax law at a Los Angeles firm and later started his own practice in Houston, where he now resides.

I saw them on "Outside The Lines" Sunday morning.

They were talking about Winslow negotiations mainly, but they touched on other aspects of being "black sports agents." They talked about how they have not rep-ed any whites to this date, but they also said it's was not racial because they have a hard time getting BLACK ATHELETE'S to sign with them ---DISPITE THE SUCESS THEY HAVE HAD GETTING THE ONES THEY REP EVERYTHING THEY WANT.

They getting that BIG TIME rep like that agent that rep-ed Jordan.
