Half will view it as greatness on his part on giving Briles another shot.
Others.... well we see the push back to Grambling.

Although I would agree on Coach Prime NOT even bothering with Briles in the first place. His EGO would not allow that man to take attention off of HIM.

Because if that team improved offense-that credit would go to WHO?? Not Coach Prime.
Recruits improve because they like the offense system-who gets credit? BILES not PRIME.

JSU improves over a 5 year period to 50-5. It becomes all about the offense. Guess who gets interviews for head coaching jobs? BILES not PRIME.
Because to those PWI-he done slump in the SWAC and "learned" his lesson. He can come back to some mid major school like Rick Pitino.

It would have been JSU getting jobbed instead of Grambling. Prime and Hue would get praise for the second-to whatever shot they gave Biles but it won't open doors to bigger gigs.

We can always tell people that know Coach Prime from people that don’t by the stuff y’all type lol. This didn’t even make half the sense you probably thought it did.


Regardless, if Prime did attempt to bring Briles in, it would have been much worse coming from our alums and fans. We’d drag the shit out of Prime before we throw one of our own under the bus. Obviously JSU & Gram are NOT the same and never will be. They obviously have no morals when it comes to winning

How is Hue Jackson's foundation any different than any pro athlete's foundation? All of those foundations are tax aversion vehicles. This isn't news.

I've been thinking about this. And, I really think the Art Briles situation at Grambling is being orchestrated by PWIs that don't have the balls to hire Art Briles.

It's White folks. I wouldn't be surprised if the Whites at ULL, ULM, and LA Tech even LSU got in this. Briles would've made Grambling the second most attractive football destination in Louisiana for recruits behind LSU. You're right. White lip Doug Williams doesn't have that much clout.
 
This was a coordinated attack. The tax evasion allegations against Hue Jackson just happen to come out at the same time as he expresses his support for Briles while the outright lies on Art Briles that continue from his time at Baylor. I know my Black people and Black people aren't behind this.

Who was the goofy who decided to write a statement on his foundation's letterhead in the first place?
 
Those of us who have been around long enough have seen the same play numerous times that was used with Doug Williams. The media and other powerful Whites will get a Black person to undermine other Blacks. And, that's what Doug's comments did to Hue Jackson, Gram's AD, and Gram's President. I don't know if Doug knew he was being used for such but he was.

I really don't see what other fans from other schools are finding funny. We just saw White liberal tactics used against Grambling that are used against any Black person that truly tries to compete against Whites. And, trust me Mr. Deion "I interviewed with three PWIs" Sanders isn't doing jack shit to compete against PWIs because Deion obviously is trying to leave JSU for a PWI as soon as he can.
