You know what I just realized about this POTW nod for Nelson?

HALF OF THE TEAMS IN THE SWAC DIDN'T EVEN PLAY LAST WEEK!!!

Alcorn vs. GSU- postponed
SU vs. McNeese- postponed
TSU vs. PVU- postponed

Then you have JSU, which didn't put up any kind of showing after their first drive against Hampton in Detroit.

So, basically, Nelson got POTW honors because 5 SWAC teams didn't even play and one team had a bad offensive showing.

What's your point? It's not like Aries was like ya'll cancel all the games so I can get POTW by default. Man u guys are grabbing at straws.

Your fellow SU alum stated that Valley will not face another offense with the explosiveness we have ...

I stated that this same explosive offense that we are supposed to be scurred of only scored 17 points against us last year...

And as far as Johnny come lately... hmmm... just because I finally register on this board this week makes me a band wagon hopper... I guess you have witnessed with your own eyes that I havent been to any Valley football games... if you havent, then just keep those comments to yourself... and you and your other fellow Jaguar can stroke each other's ego.... :lol:
