Are HBCUs putting too much stock into having nice facilities?

Braveheart want Alcorn practice facilities to look like this.

But are our athletes effectively utilizing what we already have? You know this Pop, but a weight is a weight. High Knees are High Knees, etc.

You do know there's a reason you don't see a regular tow truck pulling an 18 wheeler when its broken down? I mean it is a tow truck let you tell it. So it should be able to pull an 18 wheeler right BH? So the tow truck service is not utilizing everything they have by not allowing a regular tow truck to pull an 18 wheeler?

You will not perform if you don't have good enough players. Having facilities is part of the equation. Alabama has Nick Saban. Alabama has some of the Nations most highly recruited players. Alabama has some of the best facilities. All that is a good formula to win. Not just having ball players, not just having a coach. All of these areas need to be on point to win consistently.

I can't even get JR to see this is sarcasm. Back to the bullpen I go.
