We have discuss this year in and year out about POWER conference schools playing smaller FCS schools, recently I.HEARD interim SU AD make false statements to convince the SU BOARD of a untrue TRUTH AND SAYING that SU was lucky to even have UGA playing them because the power schools after this year WONT PLAY FCS ANYMORE..

It has been talked ABOUT that the power conference will stop playing smaller school WHICH IS UNTRUE ... Several SEC and ACC schools have scheduled SMALL FCS schools up until 2022 some just this year alone to make up future schedules.. I bring this up, because rather we want to face the fact we need the money,,

The statement he made is not that egregious. Most Power 5 conferences are moving toward banning games against FCS schools, just not the SEC. This is SU's first, and likely only Power 5 game for a while.

It's not but when u make a false statement IN WHICH HE DID.. IT MAKES U WONDER,, ALL I am saying is do your research before you make statements..

Which the statement he made was, that SU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE A POWER CONFERENCE SCHOOL ANYMORE BECAUSE THEY ARE BANNING FCS PROGRAMS, which again is not true,, when the SEC is in the SWAC backyard PLAYING FCS SCHOOL.FOR MANY YEARS TO COME

So what does this have to do with ALL HBCU ADs? (The title of this thread).

As Kendrick just pointed out, the Big 10 has put a ban on scheduling FCS schools, and with the reasons of TCU and Baylor in particular being left out of the playoffs last year due to strength of schedule, playing FCS schools is going to become increasingly rare - if not banned - by all Power 5 Conferences. There have been schedules announced to include some Power 5 schools playing FCS schools BUT just because those games are announced and they have a contract, do know the buyout on those contracts are more than likely very reasonable.

Now if THAT's you reasoning for wanting to know if HBCU AD's are clueless - that is not the best point to raise to ask that question- take the check and get out of the game healthy. But we have way mo' other reasons and examples that without a doubt will RESOUNDINGLY show that YES, HBCU AD's (Administrators as a whole for the most part) are in fact clueless.

The B1G will stop scheduling FCS schools either after this season or next.

They have already implemented it last year Kendrick. Only if the game had been scheduled prior to last year when they voted, can it be played. But they took the stance and did something. Not sure what the PAC 12 decided to do.
