Well I'm a Lebron fan so where he goes I go....except Golden State.
That being said I want to see Lebron retire a Cav but that is unrealistic.

If it were me I would.
I was watching a show about the financial benefit of Lebron being with the Cavs and how it benefits Cleveland. Since he returned there have been a number of events held in Cleveland that without the championship or Lebron would not have happened. So I think it would be in the best interest of the Cavs to do what the Lakers did with Magic Johnson.

The Bull are in a major market. The Cavs are in Cleveland and are nothing without Lebron. Hell Usher is even part owner of the Cavs.

Yeah Gilbert will sell that team down the line. He aint like Chicago's owner Reinsdorf who also owned the White Sox. You don't give up those kinds of franchises. Jordan got duped by the Wizard's owner. But hey he got the Hornets now and is a Billionaire. So it ended well for him.
I think Lebron will own a team at some point.
Man Usher is a part owner of the Cavs. LeBron getting a piece isn't unfathomable.

After spending all day Wednesday at Quicken Loans Arena, ESPN analyst Chauncey Billups has been offered a five-year contract to lead the Cleveland Cavaliers front office, according to Jason Lloyd of The Athletic.
On Wednesday, Billups was introduced to a number of executives that would be working under him and it was the second consecutive day of meetings between Billups and team owner Dan Gilbert.
Although Billups has no prior front office experience, he has played alongside Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul and New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony, two of LeBron James’ closest friends in the league. In addition, Billups is an NBA Finals MVP and is close friends with Cavs head coach Tyronn Lue.
