My Goal is to make cold hard cash . . .you know in the market for a week or two, make a profit and get out . . .then call E-Trade and say "Send me my check"
Now this is what i am talkin bout. I have a couple of grand to play with. Teach me...:D

Here is my take. Stocks, Bonds, and Mutual Funds are fine, but if you want to make money and be in control of your worth, get investments like Real Estate.

There isn't anything on the market that will put passive income in your pocket each month, appreciate, and give you tax benefits like being a Real Estate.

After seeing how CEOs, CFOs, and such steal money, I don't see myself buying another piece of stock or mutual funds.

I'm not saying NOT to invest in stocks, just saying if you want to control the worth or your asset, buy realestate.

Sperm, have you ever heard of REITs. Real Estate Investment Trusts. Or investing in bonds that house Sallie Mae, Freddy Mac, or Fanny Mae (subsiderary backing by HUD and the U.S. Govt).

Investing is deeper than what people are made to believe.

What kind of money do you need to invest in mutual funds?

I've heard of them, but I know very little about them. Are they somewhat of a mutual fund for realestate?

Mutual Funds do not cost that much.

Some of the best Fund Family (Companies) are: American, Federated, Washington Mutual, Putnam (dispite what happened, they are still a great fund company), and Goldman Sachs.

You take as little as $50.00 and get some Mutual funds. MF are classed in families and suitability: Cash, Growth, Growth & Income, Income, Aggressive Growth.

yeah, They are Mutual Funds that strictly invest in RealEstate and or Bonds in RE. So you will get paid everytime someone pays their mortageges. The Govt Securities are great also, because you get paid every month and they are partially backed by the U.S. Federal Govt.

You can get them for even less than that. I'm locked in the TIGIX with $25.00. But then again, I was grandfathered in.,
