Well I don't know much about the real estate market, but my house has been for sale for quite some time now. My landlord is probably asking too much for it though.

I'll give you his name/number if you'd like.
 



If you're gonna buy real estate property, I would fix it up, get rid of it and sale it. Renters are alot a trouble sometimes. You spend alot of money on eviction notices and repairs (hot water heaters, bathroom fixtures, kitchen fixtures, electrians, plumbers...etc).

People that don't own property tend to treat it like crap. That's just my 2 cents, but I know from personal experience.
