I thought Shreveport was suppose to save the SWAC basketball tournament.... whats going on?
 
You SWAC folk SUCK!:shame:, but I aready knew that years ago, all ya'll do is talk smack and not back it up, just plain ole sorry!

thinking back on countless topics and posts where some folks tried to make Bham the problem and how as soon as the championships leave Bham, the attendance would soar.

Man I heard it has record breaking crowds. All those JSU, Su and GSU folks came just because it's the SWAC. yall didn't see them? :confused:
 
Wed and Thurs games have always had low attendance numbers no matter where it's been held. Let's see how the friday and saturday games turn out.
 
What are the attendance numbers from Wednesday and yesterday games?

I'd saw wait until Saturday games before you truly start to judge.

JSU out so my weekend plans changed. :lol:
It's sunny and 70 degrees in Jackson.
I'm having BBQ and NASCAR at my house tomorrow. :lol:
 



If the attendance is still an issue after moving the tournament to another location, why is the SWAC having a tournament at all?
 
You all have to realize that Shreveport sounds more country than Bham than some people. LOL Who knows about Shreveport? You can't even fly into Shreveport.

I was advocating Houston. Not sure how Shreveport got into the picture.

Also, until we get this on the level of the CIAA tourney, the Wed and Thurs crowds will always be slight. I am thinking that most JSU fans were planning on coming down on Friday.

:rolleyes:, this right here is what I am talking about "we only support our own" in this case it is your own schools! We don't support the SWAC PERIOD so I don't want to hear shyt anymore about what they are or aren't doing! Ya'll SUCK!

PVU is out so my w/e plans also changed. I thought I would do a funeral on Sat in the hometown but I've since changed my mind about that.

68deg Sat/72 Sun, so I'll be spraying for weeds on green acres & waxing 3 vehicles and 1 motorcycle on Saturday. If PV were in it, I'd make the short 2.5hr drive down 20East. lol

It is still early and as stated hopefully Saturday's attendance will be nice.

For the record, I only advocated Shreveport for the SCG in football...I think Jackson is a good neutral location for basketball. In Louisiana, the High School Boys Tourney is going on... Not many from Monroe Carroll gonna be in Shreveport eventhough local juggernaut Grambling, fresh off defeating NIT Bound JSU, will be in the finals.
