This dude is funny.....He said he didnt read the article, but quoted something about a WR dropping a pass right from the article.

Mike you are here with your lies again. Tell us how Jones cought those TDs in the superbowl again

hehehe heehheehea hahaha ahaha aha aahahahaha

I haven't read the article. That's the God's honest truth. I just got good info, man!

Yall in even more trouble than you were last year. If that dude could run on that defense it isn't a surprise.
LOL
Mike,
It's so easy to tell their defense is absolutely pathetic!!!! They couldn't even cover it up in that article by acting as if their offense is good.

po GR on here posting a picture of that RB like we're supposed to be impressed. Would have been better off to not even mention anything about that spring game.

You shole can't pass cause I heard that Green looked like a lady of the night running from her pimp in that game. He nuts up at the thought of someone just touching him.
:lol::lol::lol:
what makes it worse is Green can actually pass against their "defense"

Do you remember how Jake Wilson (a converted qb) playing tight end, caught a pass on the 40 and BULLDOZED JSU defenders from the 10 yard line to the end zone??? He had to knock that igga about 5 yards into the endzone.

RUMBLE YOUNG MAN RUMBLE

Is this one of your two touchdown running backs???

Whats wrong with you posting it since you see no one else from JSU posted it? If you want folks to know about it, post it yourself..... :upset:
Look Mr Unfair Moderator....
GR was being just a lil sarcastic if you dont mind.
If Get Ready had posted the article, you probably would have deleted it or moved it or whatever crap you usually do.

Get with the program and leave GR alone.

And then tell us how that dynamic duo of QB's in Normal did this spring!! :D

They did ok! But, I'm sure when they get to Jackson they will look like Superstars while the clock continues to run. They like games like that! I sure hope Bell is still around to see that. That's if he hasn't been ran out of town by then.

:lmao:

There is going to be some Rude Stuff happening in the SWAC this year ....REAL RUDE.

ahahahaha ahahahaa ahaahaha aahah ahahaha ah

All this knowledge about JSU, yet they can't find a way to make their loser teams champion's.

Guess that's what being smalltime is all about. :sleep2:

That's the best thing he can talk about, Dahill. That dude will probably be broke up by the time they play their first SWAC game. The offensive line is just that bad!

BTW, look at their schedule for reference of when he will be out.

Yep, when in doubt, insert "Bell is still your coach," "He went 2 and 10," or "The clock is still running,"

All this talk and you haven't been able to make to the championship game since 1999. Wasn't that in the 20th century? I think this is the 21st century now, ain't it?

Serious question: I noticed that a lot of JSU players have suffered serious injuries in recent years. Has there been any discussion about the playing surface and field conditions at Memorial?

Could that be a potential issue?
It's not the playing surface, we have more injuries on the road and at practice than we do at Memorial. Most of it was due to out of shape players, especially O-Linemen.
And yes, the JUCO QBs will have a chance to make up ground this fall, if they get here and work all summer before 2-a-days start.

For all the others, our defense will be just fine. The score was 27-13, and with the split-squad, the offenses combined for about 350 yards rushing and 200 yards passing. How you read our defense getting worked into that is beyond me.

Umm, I think you need to look at how many teams run that much on an average against us. That's not good in comparison to what we do defensively every year against the run. So, that's one reason that I can tell you that people say your defense got worked. The other is we always have a hella pass rush and with your scary QB running for his life during the game. That doesn't look good. We return all of our DL. We lost Brian Evans, but he was injured most of last year.

That's why yall defense is terrible.

The pass-rush has always been your forte (as well as a lethargic offense), yet we still have a history of success against AAMU. IMHO, A&M is the least of our worries next season.

Ya said that last year. Try saying something truthful. Oh, I get it! You are more worried about losing to Valley and being 0-10 this year. Valley shole almost kicked that arse! I understand now.

:lmao:

You may continue.... :spin:

What does that have to do with what I said?

This is really sad. Mike, the D-lineman that you talk about being smallish ain't no smaller than Robert Mathis. Dude worked out in the offense and got in better playing shape. Now he's tearing asses up. And he's gonna get to know your scrub QB's, too. And since you don't care about us, why are you always getting reports from somebody in Jackson. Can't NOBODY call me and tell me a damn thing your team is doing. I ain't got time to listen to it. I really don't care. Just like you don't.

I saw plays being made on both sides of the ball. We gone be better than aight this year. Can't wait until the season starts.

WOW! All this hate is uncanny.

I know what I see. I don't know what the hell your "source" is looking at. You ain't gotta believe it, but we have players that are ready and willing to play for Bell. They are excited. They have worked their asses off this off season. I watched 'em on occasion. Bigger, faster and stronger. You should see Albert Stinson. Shed a little fat, added a lot of muscle. We gone kill that side of everybody's line with Brandon Cox, Jermain Montgomery, Kinnebrew and Curtis Hayes.

And keep thinking that Brian Green is gonna be our starter. He probably won't beat out that freshman you spoke of, because that freshman has TALENT. The kind that led his high school team to a 20+ game winning streak. The kind that will eat y'all alive if he starts. Alas, he probably won't start either. We got these nice QBs coming in in the fall that will make things very interesting. One of them was here Saturday. Came to our tailgate and let us treat him like he was at the NFL Combine. Y'all in trouble.

Again, I can't wait until the season starts. After the Hampton game, y'all gone quietly wondering if we're as good as the blowout score indicates. Y'all won't admit it until after we beat Northwestern State. Naw you won't. Don't matter. See ya next season.

oh well,
Another preseason of the Mafia buying what Bell (3-19) is saying. I truly wonder if you JSU folks realize how crazy yall look for trying to sell this stuff to everybody else.

and rob,
That Northwestern line is sooo "interesting", considering they didnt let you cross the 50 with their new defense last year. Hopefully, yall at least won't suffer that embarrassment again.

Dude I fail to see what last year's game has to do with this year's game. How mad are you gonna be when y'all lose to us this season???

Mikey, I know that you have not been in our forum. I used to think that you had a spy in there because you would know certain things but not everything. So it was like someone in the forum was "trying" to tell you what we were talking about but now I realize that you have a mole who knows nothing....LOL

Mark Alexander is a fair reporter so he won't make things look better than they are. He was predicting 7-4 seasons before they happened.

As for the running game....first of all you all have to realize that we have to look at how the offense did this year in the spring rather than last year. Bell learned a lot. He ran the spring totally different this year. I don't think we are where we need to be talent wise yet (thanks to the masterful recruiting of Hughes) but Bell knows what he is doing and he knows that he lost to some scrub teams last year. Like everyone else has said, we are not worried about AAMU. DaHill wants to even bring up what you all did against our second string defense. Our second string defense in 1999 would have beat your arse but Bell has to get us back to that point. In fact, the teams that beat us in our last two games are the least of my worries.

MH, in our first 10 games, teams scored an average of about 3 TD's against JSU. That is unacceptable but you want it to appear that we were getting 50 dropped on us before we lost half of the defense. Even a depleted defense performed well when Bham was still a possiblity. This year, the defense will be better but not only that, so will the offense. We have four capable RB's this year behind an experienced line. We have seen lethargic offenses thrive in the second year several times...namely at AAMU and SU. You are about to witness the same at JSU. Last year, our best RB was a true freshman. Our starting RB from 2003 was not even mentioned in the Clarion Ledger. The defensive line is 2-deep and the linebacker corp has enough depth to give BAMA Jelly some. The front seven is gonna be so much improved that the secondary will just have to wait patiently for the int. The o-line is is year wiser, a year stronger, and year faster. The RB's and FB's have depth with people who are TRUE to the postion. The WR corp has just the right amount of amount of people and great speed to cause hell in a run first offense. I can't wait to get 8 men in a box (ala AAMU...they will never learn that c**n defense will not beat a good JSU team) so that Chris Jones, Tavares Jones, Kenn Davis, JUCO transfer Johnson, and Handy can burn those DB's sitting on an island.

....and Mikey get it right. Gordon only had one play on offense. You also have to realize that we don't play our spring game like you do. We still use it as an opportunity to evalute our players so all of our players were not on the same team. You need depth to play a spring game the way we do it. You are about to learn defense so tell your DC to get out his paper and pen. Let him know that this is not 1980 and that 8 men in the box will not win a title in this league unless you have NFL prospects in the secondary...AAMU has seen it's NFL prospect for the century.

Po Mikey, Po MH (at least you did not deny reading the CL every day) and po Hampton!!

TP has spoken!!

Mike,

Let me give you a lesson on bigtime and smalltime. Bigtime programs don't measure themselves against smalltime teams like AAMU. So that is why we could care less about you. I could have Coach Jones sitting right across from me and I would not care to ask him anything about AAMU because that would suggest that I think they have the talent and coaching to beat JSU. They don't. The mere fact that Hughes only beat you by two points was enough to get him fired. A lowly team like AAMU should not even come within two TD's of us. You on the other hand care about JSU because you want to get where we are.....it won't happen dude. The sooner you realize that you are just AAMU, the better off you will be. We don't hope to beat AAMU, it's expected.
