According to a report by Josh Jackson at WAPT-TV, Alcorn State University has terminated three members of its offensive coaching staff. Offensive coordinator Fred Kaiss, wide receivers coach Shannon Harris and quarterbacks coach Brian Hayes have all been dismissed.

Back to Back trips to the championship game. We're tweaking things to get over the proverbial "hump."

Alcorn has maxed out and they dont realize it. They lost their best coaches little by little over the past 3 years. Their best staff was the one they had in 2014.

Also, their recruits are taking a hit. Look at how bad their recruiting class was last year. They dont have that white ice anymore and now they are just Alcorn.
