Poor coaching, i don't think anyone on this staff has H.C.'ing experience on their resume before they came to tsu. Including the H.C.

Honestly, I don't believe McKinney is a bad guy or coach. My opinion is he's in over his head. He should have hired an old head nearing or out of retirement to help him grow into the position.

Our head coach's time management skills are probably the worst ever seen in the SWAC. Of note, we were up at the half in 4 of 7 games, down in two games at the half, and one being tied at the half.

Look...don't yall go chasing waterfalls like those folks across the Sabine. Please stick to the rivers and the lakes that you're used to! McKinney has y'all in the conversation.
 
TSU has been playing lights out defensively past few games - offense finally showed up - crazy part about it most of the defense is back next season and the offense - got to give Mckinney credit for the team not mailing it in

You count year 1 and a Covid year much of a barometer?

21-23 matters most as that offers more of a resume

Regardless, they won today easily over a first place team. No one on this board predicted that

Did covid only affect his team?

College football is show BUSINESS not show FRIENDS. Once the HBCU'S accept and realize this we will all be better off.

2021 2 and 8
2022 5 and 6. 1 of those W's vs. Lincoln
2023 4 and 7 at best; 1 W vs. Lincoln

2021 - 2023 11 and 21 either way all 5 or the last 3. Ain't nothing right about it, so get ghost.

PV7 and I predicted it. Hol' up. lol

All of us know that sTu has/had the better student-athletes from top to bottom but tragic DCs and OCs over the last duration.
 
McKinney would have the same success as Bubba, Simmons and Dooley has had at Prairie View cause the infrastructure to recruit is there - he's not fighting an uphill facilities battle where you lose out on kids just because - you know how many kids in the swac who are starters were on a Tsu visit and signed elsewhere?

if he left tomorrow he has found a way to recruit the all time leading rusher and eventually passer and some solid defensive players who we all saw develop before our eyes despite inheriting a program where every head coach has been fired outside of Rod Paige in the 80s while our peers up north has had 3 of the past 4 coaches leave for other schools cause of success with two of them being first time head coaches

Infrastructure is real -
