My point is we need to start tapping into our own Alumni Networks and give our products a chance to showcase their talents in the best interest of our Institution.
Hiring outside is ok but I feel we as HBCUs oftentimes overlook our own Graduates/Alumni who can help our Universities in tremendous ways than just donating money.
