Just because you don't participate in the SWAC-MEAC Challenge doesn't mean we can't get MEAC Opponent. OR if we are really bold, we can ask the SWAC to make one of our SWAC Home Games our First Game to see.

WE NEED TO PLAY FCS/MEAC SCHOOLS!!! Playing down to D-2 or NAIA will make us Lazy...LIKE LAST YEAR. Do a Home and Away Deal with Howard, FAMU, TN STATE, SOMEBODY PLEASE ALCORN ADMINISTRATION. MEAC or FCS NO EXCUSES!!!! :angry::angry::angry:

D2 season officially starts Sept 6. Not sure if very many schools will be allowed to play a game on Aug 30. Last season only 2 total D2 games were on that weekend. Both schools were transitional and not in a conference.

I don't brag on playing teams like MSState and Tulane. Yes, we play TNState... but I think our series vs Delta State was one of our best scheduling jobs.We also played Hampton and next year... :snicker:
