Where are you going with this? Scrimmage kick rules are a lot different than regular scrimmage plays.
Could be but not required for FCS. They have to determine whether it will be used prior to the game because a replay official would need to be assigned.

According to the broadcasters, as long as no part of the ball touches the endzone it is not a touchback unlike the NFL where if a player's body is in the endzone and he touches the ball it is a touchback.
Even if it is in the air and crossed the plane

Give it a rest Fiyah, we have had terrible refs and bad calls for years, if the bad call had cost PV the game these same people would say that's just how it goes. Just like our GSU game, the refs didn't just give us all those unanswered points. The refs didn't make one FG or tackle. I acknowledged myself it was a bad call, but if someone says you wouldn't score with 4 downs on the 1/2 yd line is just being a hater and one of those people that hate to see PV win no matter what. This thread is getting ridiculous I'm done

The ball never crossed the plane, ASU's punter balled out for real that game
All games arn't broadcast the same, as far as equipment and camera angles. There wasn't a single camera view from that side of the field that could have determined where the player was as there is a depth perception that can't be seen.

no different than instant replay for hoops, if all you have to have is a monitor and not dictating the correct amount of cameras, angles, it's a waste

That is not true about camera angle....the replay on TV showed the PV player clearly standing out of bounds when he touched the ball which would have worked in PV's favor had the correct call been made. If he does not touch the ball it most likely goes through the endzone and out of bounds for a touchback and Alabama State ball at the 20.

Now knowing the rule, I agree. He put two of em inside the 1.
That last one should have been picked up by the receiver at the 20 yard line and he let it bounce all the way down to the 1. He had ample space to get it and run out of bounds. He has done that on a number of punts this season.

Bad call? Yes. Cheated? I don't know. As I have already stated, if the player was called for touching the ball out of bounds the ball should have been placed on the 1 or the half yard line and first and goal PV. The only scenario that would have changed that is if the PV player did not touch the ball and it rolled in and out of the endzone...then it would be AlaSt ball at the 20.
