He got smacked and he gave up the gw TD. He wasn't ready for war today. Hixon been in the program for years now. This has nothing to do with Eddie.

Playcalling was terrible and predictable. Finally had success when we started throwing the ball down the field.

Did the people you just named have touchdowns scored in at least 4 games when they had players make STUPID penalties after stopping a drive on the third down only to give the team the ball back with a first down and that team the proceeded to score a touchdown? Just an FYI for you, it happened again at the MCC. I told the people around me as SOON as it happen that AAMU would take that first down, from deep into their on territory and score a touchdown. They were all in shock when it happened, they asked me if I knew winning powerball numbers. :D :D :D

Congrats Alabama St.! Looks like Eddie Robinson is really doing some things for the Hornet program. He has indeed surprised me thus far. Much respect!

As for the Bulldogs, it would have been nice to keep our streak going but I'm just not sweating it. It's not funny but I do chuckle as I think we are doing the best that we can with what we currently have.

I mean, yes there were bad calls from the refs on both sides. I'm so used to it. ...and I saw a lot of mental mistakes that players at this level shouldn't be making. However, I think it was really that dropped punt that doomed us. #shrug

Hopefully during this off season, Maynor can get some more "5-Stars"...cause that is what we need. LOL...

Cee, that’s funny! It was a good weekend for this old man. Both coaches wanted this game. Too me it was a normal MCC that comes down to the last play of game.

Yep that changed the momentum in that game. Had you secured that punt and had a good drive State would have folded. That gave them all the life.
