Got to see the game live and in person (tight back problems, lightning delays and all lol). Bray doesn't throw INTs and does throw the ball away but he needs to do it more lol. 2nd and 10 is OK in the SWAC with his arm but taking sacks (and another fumble that lead to a TD for the second straight game) in bad spots stalled a lot of drives. As far as the OL is concerned, with 3 freshman along the line, you expect sacks but not like that. Don't know how many sacks AAMU had exactly but it had to be around 9-10. Hope they gel before the end of the season or Bray won't make it through it. Defense is not as bad as it was last year but they are definitely bend don't break. Outside of that bad missed tackle that led to the 2nd TD (on 3rd down), they played respectable. DBs can cover well but have to get those heads around quicker to eliminate those PI calls.
Heard some people saying in the stands saying they should give Jarman a chance. I was saying no to myself and then he threw another INT to seal the game for AAMU lol. If anything, I would give Rubin more shots at the Wildcat packages that they give to Jarman because he's a better runner but seeing all 3 QBs in person, Bray is the unquestioned starter.
Congrats AAMU on the win. On to Texas Southern.
