Leave JSU out of this. We threw together a team over the summer with new offensive and defensive schemes and still won the Swac. As of matter of fact we threw together a new offense right before the aamu game and won that one.

We were hunted regardless especially with Coach Prime. Everybody wants to beat him. Good luck this season bulldogs. Probably the toughest schedule I've seen

I want Casey to be successful...I hope he gets better just like Aqeel did under Maynor Mai and Taylor..but may the best QB win the starting position.

Alabama A&M purged there roster just like everybody else. Got rid of the helmet holders.

Coach Maynor and the staff had 25 Bulldog players graduate. The other guys either hit the transfer portal or they decided not to take up their additional year of eligibility because of Covid-19. I know of three guys who ended up taking good paying jobs in their field instead of playing football and going to grad school

Last night I asked Coach Mai "Who is the starting QB?" He just smiled and said the spring is going to be fun. Coach DT is a humble and solid guy. He should get some other opportunity's in the future, but for now he is AAMU all in.

You make a great point about Coach Thurman. I can not answer that question due to fact that we struggled early and after Coach Maynor got involved with the defense it got better. In essence, on paper some personnel changes were made. The jury is still out on how we will look and perform on the field. In addition, player development is crucial.
