From what I read they didn't sell these the "traditional" way. In order to get a pair out of the selected stores you had to purchase a raffle ticket. If you won then you were able to go and buy your sneakers. That eliminated the long lines.

You are correct,however lines was still long but doing a raffle cuts down on chaos.

Sapp ain't broke. He's trying to get out of paying bills and spousal/child support. He still makes $115k a month from TV.
