ummm, sad to say, but yes they do.

They were even providing links to threads over here.
:(

Even though they know about the running clock, let's just hope they don't know that Bell actually asked for the running clock BEFORE the game even started, right?

:smh::smh:

Both coaches asked for the clock to run during certain typical breaks.

..and folks on the MEAC board don't know. They know SCState drug you last year...and some of them want to call you our champion. sheesh.

Say what?

Dude, ain't you the one that always call folks liars? Well I'll be....

And the year before

TP,
Gon and tell the "logic" behind why Jones asked for the running clock BEFORE the game, the way Bell did.

:smh:

NOBODY but TP

:emlaugh::emlaugh:

First of all, I ain't got to lie. While listening to the broadcast, Rob Jay was wondering why the clock was running. HE said (NOT ME) that before the game both coaches had agreed to let the clock run in certain situations. Since I didn't know the magnitude of this situation, I apologize for not writing all of this down.

However, it's what he said. Regardless, it was during the experimental years. Who cares???

MH,

I'm really glad that Bell is gone. TP was the only person that I knew on the board that even his own wanted to kick off in his arse. I mean he just kept going and going on and on about Bell said this and Bell said that and how Bell was gonna show us how real football is played.

That crap was just sickening. He did it so much, that eventhough he knows the dude wasn't any good. He still takes for him out of habit.

This is :shame:

What really happened is that Rob JAy opened his mouth and realized that he said that the clock was running. Inquired about it from someone on the sideline and decided to make it sound good. The real is that Bell asked for the clock to run because they was getting their arses handed to them. The clock only ran like that in the 4th quarter.

LOL...well, you can't prove that and besides, those years were experimental. Who cares about a running clock or the 3 wins we GAVE you. We are about to go back to ...opps can't say that....but you are about to get yo azz whooped royally in Jackson.

Mike

Its hard for GR to believe yall have an alumni chapter all the way in Houston. Yall might have a page or two, but not a whole chapter. You were prolly the only person there worrying the hell out of that guy for simply telling the truth on C&P. All he did was say that yall are out of your league....whats wrong with that? C&P is not willing to do the things it takes to be in division 1. Hell GR saw that in 99....he 7 years late. He thought about that before he said it....that cat wasnt just shooting from the hip.

Be honest....you bumped into him at the airport didnt you?

Gr, you know what they call an alumni chapter may not be what we call an alumni chapter. You know like "fan" day. If you can have fan day with no fans, you can certainly have an alumni chapter with just Mike. Think about who you talking to.

Whatever GR.

This chapeter has been here longer than I have been here. We revitalized it and the Chapter in Dallas is in the process of doing the same thing.

TP, fact-our chapter here is bigger than your chapter. So, STFU!

Doubt all you want. We have a HBCU coalition here. The numbers were given and you guys are below us. Westillain'tonjsu'slevel.....:lmao:

Ask C-leb or Jon Handy

Somebody from A&M probably did the numbers. Your entire Alumni Association is NOT on JSU's level.

Annie Mae. I know you luv me but you've gotta let me go. I've moved on. I'm with Taylor now. Sheza treatin' me good. Sheza good Christian woman. I know you think about me and the silly things I use to do and the games we use to play. But I was no dam* good honey. I had to leave JSU and stop messin' around with you Annie. Some day, I hope you understand. Because this luv affair just ain't healthy. Don't live in the past.

After attending the banquet tonight, GR has to side with the Chicken and Poundcake crowd. Why go thru all the trouble of raising all that money at one time? Why not just do like they do......nothing. We can just let the state by everything we need. Whats the use of raising 100s of thousands of dollars at one time?

Plus we would bet more satisfaction out of selling chicken plates one dollar at a time rather than selling out the Walter Payton Center at $1000 bucks a table or so. Oh well....... Time will tell who is on the right track.

Mike's right. They do have a viable AAMU chapter here in Houston and we do have a Houston HBCU Alumni Association.

That page ain't told me nothing about how many people each chapter has.

And?

Bell's resume was on the web and it told you that he had a sorry record as a head coach at Chavez. Yet you still tried to hang the "Best Coach in BCF" on his door eventhough you had all that available. Why would we think you'd care about it being written on a web page after saying all that?

C-leb, I told you he would try to call you a liar also. Anything not to be wornng. He will die saying things that he knows not to be true.

:smh:

Is what I stated true or false. Give me the numbers...can't be that hard. If you guys have more active alums than us, our National President needs to know because something is wrong over there in Texas. Sure, ya'll don't have as much money as us though...Also, where is the link to the Houston Chapter for AAMU?
