ACC Official explains why Jameis Winston wasn't ejected after shoving a referee

Winston had every right to be in position when the whistle blows for play. No way he can do that with the ref standing behind the center. Y'all act like he gave the man a forearm shiver or something. JayRob talking about he shoved him to the ground twice. All that ref needed to do was walk between the center and guard and stand over the ball. Everybody would have been in position.
