From the looks of things, you already did that yourself. Out of all the things in the world to post about, you chose the "already been talked about for the past few years" topic of male twirlers. And to add to it, why are you even interested who started a gay club? You gonna go and try to have it shut down or something. Any "BACKLASH" you get from this, remember you did it to yourself.

Why do A&M folks always try to "flip it" when you bring up their twirlers? Straight, Gay or purple those guys stand out...Dahill, Mighty Dog are you saying that you don't have a problem with these guy's? Honestly, do you think they add something to your band?

To me the band is the best student activity on a college campus for the money invested, because more students get to participate in this activity at the same time than any activity. Only 11 football players, only 5 basketball players and 9 softball, our new hocky team, therefore, I don't care which student participate as long as he or she is doing something. I am told there are gays in pulpits and all around us pretending, but I don't know if our guys are Gay or not and I am not going to ask. Let the student toss that fire in the air until he decides to quit. I know I don't want to play with fire and toss those big knifes he throwing up in the air. There must be some skill in this other than being gay.

I only looked over at the one on the left because he was tossing fire. Then I told my wife to give the Spyglasses, because I saw a fight in the stands. Then I looked at the dancing girls and she said there is no one fighting. I said, opps, but I could have been wrong about the fight.

check this here cuz. As a matter of fact, I have seen them before. And from some of the bands I seen, this portion of the show was the only part that they got house on. I really don't give a good got d@mn who it is or their personality. If you a dude, you need to hop on a horn. Leave all that twirling to the females. That's just the way it is....
 
Excuse me but I must interject. It seems to me that whoever posted this meaningless thread has some questions about his own sexuality. For the most part, we the dancers and the rest of the band don't even pay them much attention. They do their thing and we do ours. If you are so much against male twirlers, you just shake your head, laugh and move on like everybody else. But coming on here to blatently display your opinion is just putting your own self on blast. Could it be that you secretly wish to twirl right along with them? If so you keep that to yourself while the rest of us will go on to discuss real band issues. Do I have any cosigners?

Why does everyone that questions the twirlers have to be having secret gay feelings? From what I'm hearing from the A&M peeps, the boyz have been apart of their band so long that they don't even pay attention to them. It kind of reminds me of the gay dude that attends my home church. Ole boy has been there so long that we don't even notice him but anytime I would bring a visitor they would ask me about the gay dude in the choir stand. Flamboyant guys stand out...straight or gay.
