There was no need to be. The black people got the money they expected to get when they came. Though GT is obviously cheap (or just only pretends to have big time money), it was an adequate trade-off. But if we are going to come back with the pistol and drag GT up and down the field we think we deserve (and will demand) more.

Pistol worked pretty good this year despite having a qb who played half the season with a torn ACL... Offense averaged 410 yards of offense a game compared to 345 from the previous year. It will only get better. Now what was your excuse.

The goal is not a "beat down". It's to compete, and see how your program stacks up against the FBS. These games only don't make sense if you're not trying to win them, or expect to even have a chance to win. Our AD and president are committed to raising the bar for athletics at A&M and also FCS. We don't want to be just "SWAC good".

Yes, you are WAY beneath our level and recall that you only went to Bham in 2000 and 2002 because some of your losses didn't count in the SWAC standings. JSU should have gone both years..esp since we beat ya'll azz.

Dude, a good HS team could have scored 50 on JSU last year. We spent ALL year trying to get our DC to make changes and he didn't do it til the Alabama State game. ANY game before that was putrid. Our DC got fired...now u are in trouble.. big trouble.
