I told you that you can only beat Big 3 schools when they have a losing record. :lol: Somebody has to pay for this one! We don't do losing seasons in Jackson.

We shall see...but Comegy has only two more years left on his contract. He can make his bed hard if he wants but I can GUARANTEE you this IF he keeps Woody, that he will not get a contract renewal unless they totally ball out these next two years...and with Woody at OC, that is not gonna happen.

If Comegy's comments will keep him and Woody at JSU, then I'm good with it.........There are 9 teams in the SWAC that want to keep Woody at JSU..............

We gonna see about that. Comegy will be asked/told to release Woody. If he does not, they are gonna go down together. IF Comegy wants to be in Jackson beyond 2011, he better cut ties with Woody. I get the feeling that we would even buy Comegy out next year if we had to.

Did it ever dawn on you that they contributed to those schools having losing seasons?

Woody has done great things at JSU. He won a championship for you. Leave Woody alone. He can not win with you the JSU fans being all mad and thangs. I think you guys are jealous of Woody. Some of you Sunday Morning JSU quarterback fans do not know half the football knowledge that Woody has forgotten.

PS: You jealous a$$ fans should just leave Woody alone. I am starting a website pretty dayum soon called "keepwoody.com".

Aside from this year, we would have had a losing season if Annie Mae beat us or not....the ONLY losing seasons we had was when Bell was the coach.

I have no idea what you are talking about. Comegy would not be here past 2009 had he not won the SWAC and got an extension two years ago. It's gonna take more than winning the SWAC to get another extension. You have to almost TRY to have a losing season in Jackson and if you get one, it will hard for alums to move past it. Comegy is the FIRST coach not named **** to have a losing season in Jackson in 25 years! How significant is that?! And even when we had the losing season 25 years ago, it was because we were depleted and had a young team...but the very next year, we won the SWAC and dominated the rest of the 80s. Comegy will need a similar result to keep his job. You can't lose at Jackson State...it's almost impossible.

Bruh, after Saturday, Woody's contract has already rode out. Comegy does not have to fire Woody, the university can choose not to renew his contract and if Comegy does not like it, he can resign. Woody can't get mad at Comegy for JSU firing him. I think it's out of Comegy's control.
