A Basketball Moment For Defending Champs

Why you acting like Green didn't take care of you all. You all were hollowing at him the whole game and he finally pulled it out for SU. Then we saw the other one who over at Alcorn practicing what Green taught him. BTW, Green was not supposed to be in BR.

So you're admitting that y'all pay refs to cheat in bama finally. Well that's great MD confession is good for the soul.

I knew something was up when the wicked bama witch stared down that bama ref and spoke to her like she was trailer trash and al she did was give a warning, Nice show.

Not to worry though, now that we're hip to you bamas scheme we'll let the SWAC office know all about this shameful collusion and put a stop to it real soon. :shame: :shame: :shame:

Either that or Vowels will be looking for another job.

MD, I don't see you winning but three games you mentioned. The texas teams and Alabama State.

If we don't get the support from the subs, you could be right. It is taking the new players longer than expected to make the transition from High School to College.

hey MD

Yall got light and heat in that barn yall call a gym yet? If so, The Urban Legend might come visit with The Mighty Tigers.

GR, since this will be Omega Psi Phi Night, I would advise you to stay home. On this night only fans wearing Purple and Gold and Maroon and White will be allowed to cheer. Your AD should be receiving a letter instructing your fans on what to wear to the game and act during the game. We have standards in Elmore and we are expecting a sell out. But if you do come, I can get you a choice seat or you can watch the game with AJ in his office. Please let me know by Jan 31, 2006 of your intentions.

Now you see why I try to avoid the word standard, and could you please tell members of this board how you came with the name Tyler Perry when we are talking about a person who has change him name to Urban Legend, to impress his new football coach. I know the the human mind is triggered by many things but to mentioned Tyler Perry ohhhhhhhhhhhhh, you went to see the Tyler Perry Play that finally made it to Jackson. BTW, I see you are going to have a religious get together in Williams Gym.

MD, you all have a stage in your gym????? The last stage I saw in a gym was when I went to see my highschool play.

It is a multi purpose facility that can be used for events. But you must understand that the basketball court is regulation size with certified goals. However, in hight school gyms you don't have enough clearence between the end line and the stage. The portable floors we play on at some SWAC schools have too many dead spots on the court. We cannot get a true bounce of the ball, but the home teams know how to avoid those dead sports.

In other words.... YES BLACKNBENGAL. WE HAVE A STAGE IN OUR COUNTRY ARSE GYM.

Thanks NT, cause all that regulation talk between rims, concrete floor, wooden backboards, and wooden bleachers that MD was saying was really uncause for.

MightyDog says: :xeye: Naaaaaw mane! A stage is a raised platform on which theatrical performances are presented. An area in which actors perform. A raised and level floor or platform. What we have is......:shame: Gooooosh, I guess we do have a stage, huh. :shame:

umm bluedog,
Do you also post under the screen name of Jag-BR?

GR, they have light and partner they have plenty of heat. Vann practice with the heat on in the gym so his players are acclimated to it. During teh boys game, everone in the gym grab fans or start taking their clothes off. It's his way of gaining an edge on the opponent. Talking about smalltime.

MD, you forgot to mention the cables hanging from the ceiling attached to the backboards. Their sound system is a portable hand-held CD players playing through the PA system. ACCRG-em should rent one less Luxury Coach and buy a real system.

:scared: :smh:

MD, once the Gladness kid get a little tougher, he's going to be a good player. I don't know what to say about Collins. Well, I do, but I won't. The Ford kid could be a standout if his attitude was better. The rest of the bench are pretty good at what they do, entertain each other during the games. Someone has to establish themselve or your season is over. I hate that to because you know I like Vann.

Once they accept Obdie as their leader on the same level as Trey, and Rush, we will get it done.

MD, if Obie is the leader and we all know he is, he need to act like the leader. I haven't seen any leadership from him this season and I know he has it in him. The clock is ticking, he better step up starting Saturday. He hasn't been destracted like one of your past players a few years ago? I think you know what I mean.

So they are opposed to the "Great Obie 1" leading them to the promiseland, huh? What happened MD? They basically named him their savior last year and now they have all turned their backs on him? That's a tragedy within itself.

So sad!

Last season he was at church every Sunday, haven't seen him this school year. Maybe he has left us and gone over to Martin and MD church. :angel2: I tell you, leave God out of it, all sorts of things will go wrong in your life. :scared:

MD, is Obie at First Baptist? What I'm I asking, you wouldn't go to early morning service anyway. Sorry for asking.

You know better than most that we don't take everybody in at First Baptist.

Obbie aint the leader of the team.... Joe is.

Obbie is too quiet to be a leader... Joe will get in players ass if they mess up... Joe dont like to lose. He was suspended for the first half of the JSU game for going off on TEAMATES after losing a scrimmage in practice.
