This not a stupid thread..... it's what dude feels.... Every band sucks these days. Ya'll know damn well that no band in the swac is what it was 10 years ago. Txsu and pv seem better only because they are much larger....well i will give uapb there due for being better but that's it.

You don't have to be exactly like your band was 10 years ago to still be concidered a good band today... JSU trumpets size to power ratio wsn't my problem with them.. they just don't sound like a college trumpet section should sound to me.. attackes and releases are all over the place.. just my opinion.

No offense but thats exactly what I have been saying about SU's trumpets for the past 2 years and they are most of the time covered up.
