No. New invite rules will make it hard for small schools to get post season play until they go back to recent year auto bids.

Great run by PV!

IMO, the conference needs to take a hard look at the SWAC tourney setup (especially lower seeds) and overall preseason scheduling by some teams. I know the $2M per round to share between 12 teams sounds real good.

However, PV had to play 6 games in 10 days, when you add the play in and 1st round games. Also, a couple of those days were travel.

This. We knew our squad would be physically and mentally exhausted, fatigued. That in itself was a hard hill to climb + the prize at the end playing a #1 gifted seed.

Proud of our guys and their stamina, effort. We will see what this does for recruiting for the 26-27 school year.
